Returns Policy

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Consumable products must be unopened.

To initiate a return, please email us at cs@theteacompanycafe.com with your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the product was defective.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the product you would like to receive.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@theteacompanycafe.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
