  1. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping through various carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The shipping method and carrier selected will depend on the shipping address and the items being shipped.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and the shipping address. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience a delay in processing.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method and the destination address. Customers can see the shipping costs at the checkout page before placing the order.

  4. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer with a tracking number, which can be used to track the shipping status.

  6. Shipping Delays: In the rare event that a shipment experiences a delay, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep the customer updated on the status of the shipment.

  7. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages: If the customer receives a damaged or lost package, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  8. Delivery Options: We currently do not offer any special delivery options such as overnight or expedited shipping.

  9. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  10. Delivery Exceptions: We cannot be held responsible for delivery exceptions such as weather delays, carrier strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses.
